THE WEEK IN REVIEW

The week in review has been one of extreme volatility. Stocks down 1000 points only to rally the next day and gain 600 points. Concerns over global economic slowing has fueled the roller coaster ride. The net effect however has given mortgage applicants a great opportunity to take advantage of the best rates and pricing of 2015.

We expect the market will settle down a touch next week as it is the last week before a good number of kids go back to school. It is also a week leading up to our Labor Day holiday. It is a great time to purchase a home or refi your existing mortgage. Happy weekend!
