Jacob McClarnon is a licensed real estate agent, real estate investor, and business consultant. After graduating from Norwalk High School, Jacob went on to receive a bachelor of science major in business entrepreneurship at Iowa State University. Additionally, his educational background includes being a graduating member of three accelerator programs including Cystarters, Startup Factory, and Startup School. 

While in college, Jacob owned and operated multiple businesses including a residential and commercial painting company. His experience in the home improvement space ultimately led him to launch an information technology startup focused on developing innovative systems for contractors and homeowners. Today, Jacob has exited the startup world and has found a passion for real estate, investing, and business consulting. When he is not helping you through one of the largest investments in your life, you’ll find Jacob spending his free time golfing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
