Having lived on the western side of Des Moines for the majority of his life, Nihad has intimate knowledge of Central Iowa's many perks and hidden gems that it has to offer. His career began in construction primarily focusing on tile installation as an independent contractor working for some of the biggest home builders in Iowa. Nihad's attention to detail, outstanding customer service, and knowledge of home construction has earned him an impeccable reputation for trusted service.

Nihad and his wife have two active kids that are part of the West Des Moines school district. Nihad has maintained his bilingual abilities being fluent in Bosnian and English.
